great location friendly staff crowded pool broken sunbeds overloaded sunbeds

the hotel provided a great location near the beach. the room featured effective housekeeping services, which i thought was good. i found the staff to be friendly. the hotel location near nakheel beach worked well.

the pool area felt too crowded, it was not comfortable. i found many sunbeds broken, it was an issue. the pool being overloaded with sunbeds was not enjoyable.

lovely beach stay

helpful staff spacious room tidy room stocked towels

i liked that the hotel location was close to many restaurants. the staff were very helpful during check in and check out. my superior room was spacious. the cleaner always kept the room tidy and well stocked with towels.

the pool area got a little crowded during peak hours. i had a small wait for a sunbed one afternoon.

the hotel had direct access to a beach. i saw multiple restaurants near the hotel. there was a cafe shop in the lobby for pastries and coffee. the pool had many loungers available.

convenient location great beach wide variety helpful reception

i found the location really convenient , situated right on the beach. the hotel provided a great beach experience. the breakfast included a wide variety of options. mr ahmed at reception was helpful .

the music in the pool area could be a bit loud at times , hindering relaxation.

fixed temperature crowded hall

The gym was far too hot. They said the temperature was fixed at 27 degrees. i cannot train in that heat and i train every day. also , the breakfast hall was too small , it was crowded.

fine view helpful staff kind service

the beach felt so close, just across from the hotel. i watched the sun rise from my premium corner room sea view, the view was fine. the staff helped me plan a surprise, they were kind.

the minibar was empty when i arrived, so i wish it would be full
